The Parmigiano Reggiano production cycle begins with the loving care we take of our milk cows, fed on fodder from the fields of our “Latte di Campagna” farm in Fontevivo di Parma. Here, the grass grows as nature intended, without the use of chemical weedkillers or fertilizers, so it boasts a rich variety of plant and flower species.
